Site findings with a photo, a deadline and a resolution
For checks on site — a crack, work to be redone, a broken piece of equipment — e-Chantier uses the issues module: every finding has evidence, a priority and a deadline, and stays open until it is resolved.
How it works

Report on the spot
Title, description, photos or voice notes, straight from the phone.

Set priority and deadline
Low, medium, high or critical priority, a start date and a deadline. Overdue issues stand out.

Add the materials needed
If the fix needs materials, add them directly to the issue.

Close with a resolution note
The issue moves through open, in progress and resolved; when it is closed, you note how it was fixed.

- A point on an uploaded plan can be linked to the issue, so the team finds the exact spot.
- Site stories
- Issues also appear in a visual feed on the site dashboard.
- Controlled visibility
- Roles decide who sees issues; the client can see them in their portal.
Good to know
- There are no predefined inspection checklists yet; every finding is recorded as an issue.
- Formal reports with a mandatory format are drawn up separately and uploaded to Documents.
Questions about issues and inspections
Can I use e-Chantier for site inspections?
Yes, for findings: every problem found during a check is reported with photos, a priority and a deadline and followed until it is resolved. Predefined checklists do not exist yet.
Can I report without typing much?
Yes. A photo and a voice note, straight from the phone, are enough.
Does the client see issues?
Only if roles and settings allow it. You control visibility.
