Guide

A construction company’s tax work, next to its sites

The Fiscal Hub brings invoicing, e-Factura, e-Transport and online payments into the same app where you run your sites, so invoices and costs stay linked to the work instead of living in a separate program. It is built for Romanian tax requirements.

How to get started

  1. 01

    Fill in the tax details

    Tax ID, address and IBAN, under Fiscal Hub → Tax details.

  2. 02

    Connect the SPV

    Authorise access to the company’s ANAF virtual private space (SPV), so invoices are sent and downloaded automatically.

  3. 03

    Issue and receive invoices

    Issued invoices go to e-Factura, and received ones are synced from the SPV. Before sending, you can preview the CIUS-RO XML.

  4. 04

    Get paid online

    With a Netopia account connected, you generate a card payment link on the invoice for your client.

Declare transports and follow their status.

Payment orders as PDF or a SEPA file.
Credit notes
Issued invoices can be reversed from the app.
Tax ID check
New partners are checked in ANAF, the BPI and the courts portal.

Good to know

  • e-Factura and e-Transport require the SPV connection, with access authorised by the company.
  • Card payment on invoices requires an active Netopia account, with the company verification completed.
  • The Fiscal Hub does not replace your accounting software; the data is exported for it (for example SAGA, WinMENTOR or Socrate).

Questions about the Fiscal Hub

Can I send invoices to e-Factura from e-Chantier?

Yes, once you connect the company’s SPV. Received invoices are synced from there too.

Do I need a Netopia account?

Only for card payment on invoices. The other tax features do not depend on it.

Does it replace accounting?

No. The data is exported for your accounting software.
