Registration and request posting (2 minutes)
Fill in the project details: work type, area, approximate budget, location and desired timeline. Whether it's an apartment block, an industrial warehouse or a single-family home — the platform accepts any project type.
The client account is created simultaneously with the request. No installation, no subscription.
Companies receive instant notification
All registered and active construction companies on e-Chantier automatically receive a notification with your request. You only talk with companies that already use management software — the first sign of professionalism.
Companies see: project type, city, area, budget and your timeline.
Receive and compare offers
Each company sends an offer with total price, price per sqm and execution duration. You compare directly on the platform and negotiate without pressure.
Offers include: total price, price/sqm, number of execution days and technical notes.
Accept an offer — site is created automatically
When you accept the winning offer, the platform automatically generates a digital site in the selected company's account. You are connected to that site immediately through your own client account.
The site becomes visible to you instantly, with full access to the 3 monitoring sections.
Monitor the project in real time
From your client account you have access to a dedicated portal with 3 sections: Work Stages, Issues and Documents. See exactly what is happening on site, without being physically present.
You can report issues, download documents and see the progress of each construction phase.
